Absolute World Group wins Best Boutique Developer award

At Thailand Property Awards 2010 - recognized as the Oscars of the Thailand Real Estate Industry

The Absolute World Group - Asia’s leading lifestyle property developer, resorts and hotels operator, fractional ownership and vacation club pioneers - have collected their fifth award this year, the “Best Boutique Developer” from the prestigious Thailand Property Awards, seeing off strong competition from around the country. An impressive acknowledgment of achievement, the annual awards have become the “one to win” and are highly respected for their independence and difficulty to win. The fifth Thailand Property Awards 2010 gala dinner and the 29 awards presentation of Thailand Real Estate industry was held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok with 500 industry professionals in attendance.

Now in their fifth year, the awards assist in promoting the high level of quality of Thailand's real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as industry professional services, and through a professionally run awards system helps put Thailand real estate on the world stage.

Starting with nominations by the public and the industry, followed by entry submissions and judging by a panel of professionals, including site visits for the top short-listed developments in each category, the Thailand Property Awards are a tough and grueling process with only the winner in each category being awarded.

The awards are highly coveted by real estate agents, property developers, interior designers and architects in Thailand's residential real estate industry. The awards are organised by Ensign Media, publishers of Property Report South East Asia magazine, and the judging process independently supervised by leading international accounting and consulting firm, BDO.

2010 has been a busy year for the Absolute World Group with five awards this year alone, including the Fractional Life Readers Choice Award in London for their designer resort development yooPhuket, the best VDO award from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), and the Best Fractional Product for their two latest developments from the Overseas Property Professional Awards for Excellence.

Absolute World Group's developments include Absolute Bangla Suites (opened October 2009), Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort (opened January 2010) and yooPhuket (launched in 2009) and adding to their collection of designer boutique resorts, The Beach Samui by YOO, and Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa, all expected to be complete in 2012.
