The event will showcase the latest relaxed casual wear from several prestigious designers, plus the debut showing of Nude is Rude, a young, high-energy clothing line by Marisa Zeman based in Hong Kong. Post show, guests will come upstairs to Silk Restaurant & Bar to enjoy the infinite view, dine on tapas and sip cocktails. The event will cap off with a raffle for unbelievable prizes. He was starting his passion for house music when he was working at a music shop in Bangkok and after he has been learning how to Dj for a while he start to become a Dj in the mid of 2004. 2006 He decided to move down to his hometown Phuket and was working for a records and Dj stores [Real Sound Thailand] in mid of 2007. The "RipCrl Grom Search" will consist of three one-day events starting on

Each day begins with a 7:00 am morning registration and beach clean-up and ocean awareness program with Phuket water safety specialist Steven A. Martin. There will be a free surf clinic (with soft boards supplied by Nautilus Surf Shop) and a free lunch of healthy salads, sandwiches and fruit juice catered by DaVinci’s Restaurant. The surf contest will offer surf heats and finals for the boys and girls of varying divisions resulting in a variety of awards, prizes, and ending with a sunset BBQ beach party and fire- turning show — What could be better!
Learn about ocean safety and the environment!
Everyone is invited to learn about ocean safety and to understand a little more about our local surfing areas — specifically where the rips and sandbanks are. We can also gain insight regarding how to reduce water pollution and the marine garbage pilling up on our Andaman beaches. Kids especially, can gain a new perspective and respect on how to care for the ocean.

Ex- indie kid turned to beat junkie!
“It's started in late 1999 when one of my mixtape was in the hand of a party organizer. I've joined their team and get involved with the dance music scenes and nevercomeback”. As part of the party organizer Golfy had influenced by professional Djs both international and local such as Jools Butterfield (Nuphonics Rec.), St. Vincent, Dj Seed and etc. Since then, the life of indie kid has completely changed and he addicted and discovered more of electronic music and laid his hands to the decks.
In late 2004 he moved to Koh Lanta where he started a career with
a residency at Club Ibark (a name come from Krabi backward) with his master, Dj Ekanan rocking crowds on the beautiful island one of the Thailand’s freshest, funkiest and most unique club venue.
After 2 years on one of the paradise island he returned to Bangkok in 2006 and team up with his like-minded friends form Supersub
Organizer – a creative party organizer who delivered new experiences to the Bangkok club scenes with the most talk about parties such as Electrolust , Rockit, 8 Bit Rockers, Rape da Nu-Rave and many more. INFORMATION: More than a decade ago Ben Goldman began his musical voyage as DJ Benz. Born and raised in Chicago, the birthplace of House, Benz introduction to dance music came through his early experiences with new wave bands like Erasure and Depeche Mode. Then in the early 90’s Benz attended his first rave in Chicago where his love affair with House music truly began.
Goldman’s combination of impeccably clean mixes and seamlessly blended cla...ssic tracks and hot, new releases would soon help him build a reputation as a true DJ. His dedication would encourage him to reach a multitude of audiences, spreading the House music funk and love everywhere he goes.
He has since DJd at every reputable club in Chicago and is currently trailblazing across Thailand and S.E. Asia. Goldman credits Chicago House legends Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, Paul Johnson, and the French pioneers Daft Punk, as very important influences who helped shape his sound and style.
In 1997, Goldman found a new audience in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He would go on to produce several events there, attracting an average of 1,000 people. Goldman returned to Chicago and began producing similar events, including the now well-known "Wonka" and Summer of Love parties. He was no longer just a DJ, but he was also becoming a credible event producer.
In 2000, Goldman put his passion and dedication into a hot Chicago imprint, Olive Records, which produced albums for Synthique, Max & Brian, Chezere, High Caliber, Sound Navigators and Granite and Phunk.
Olive Juice, is a continuous mix of 17 Olive Records tracks. It was compiled, edited, and arranged by Benz and High Caliber made the top 10 selling electronic albums on iTunes. Olive Records has sold over 20,000 vinyl records, been licensed over 20 times to companies such as Playboy, Ministry of Sound, AOL, iTunes/iPod, and Hypnotiq. Olive Records has also sold over 5000 ring tones in Japan alone.
His love for all music was most evident at his Berlin Nightclub (Chicago) residency where he somehow managed to blend together House, Electro, Industrial, 80’s, Hip Hop, Pop, and Alternative, to a very loyal fan base. Along with making a sizable impact on the dance music community as a DJ, Benz has influenced the scene in Chicago and across the United States as a promoter and record label owner.

Quiksilver Thailand Surf Competition 2010 -

INFORMATION: The Quiksilver Thailand Surf Competion 2010 is scheduled to take place between 22-26 September 2010 at Kata Beach to promote water sport activities on Phuket island’s beaches.
This event is hosted by the Quiksilver & Roxy and Kata Surf Association who also aim at spicing up the island’s low tourism season and promote surfing among locals. The organizers expect at least 300 ompetitors and amazing with surf activities: music, clinic surf,surfing teaching.
