INFORMATION: The third SEA Property International Phuket Multihull Championship will take place July 16, 17 and 18 in the Chalong Bay area. This increasingly popular event is expected to attract over 20 entries this year and is a perfect feeder event for Six Senses Phuket Raceweek.

The event is sponsored by SEA Property and organised and hosted by the Ao Chalong Yacht Club and comprises 3 days of racing with 4 parties. Registration is on the Thursday evening with a briefing on the Friday at 9am at ACYC prior to the first scheduled warning signal at 11am. This is followed by a program of five races to be held on the Friday (2), Saturday (2) and Sunday (1) with evening parties at the Yacht Club sponsored by Sea Bees, Corsair Marine and Derani Yachts. Our logistics sponsors also include Andaman Cabriolet, Latitude 8 and our media partner IMAGE Asia with Elite Wine promising some special prizes.

Please note that the first warning signals are as follows: Friday 11am, Saturday 12 noon, Sunday (1 race only) 12.30pm. These are dictated by tidal considerations.

INFORMATION: D[r]eadmongey was raised in Phuket, Thailand. He was starting his passion for house music when he was working at a music shop in Bangkok and after he has been learning how to Dj for a while he start to become a Dj in the mid of 2004. 2006 He decided to move down to his hometown Phuket and was working for a records and Dj stores [Real Sound Thailand] in mid of 2007.

He has got opportunities to meet friends and share his music experiences which has made him become a Dj for top listed clubs around the island. In 2006 he joined with Dj Eddy[skt] who won Phuket’s Dj contest and called themselves Sarkastik Boys. They has been spinning around the Islands and the Country with their own style of electro & tect house.

In the beginning of 2008 he joined up with 3 friends (Dj Taz, Dj Q and Dj Jin) as a team called Phuket House Mafia. They have been building the name ever since. Outstanding and full of energy personality has reflected in to Dj D[r]eadmongey’s music as electrotek and phuture funk.

Most recently, Mikey Mike was Head of Entertainment and Head Resident DJ for Sound Club Phuket.
A innovative and ambitious new night club venture by Bed Supper Club, Bangkok.

Mikey was tasked to handle all music programming, booking international guest DJs, presenting and hosting "This Is Sound".
Sound Club's weekly electronic dance music radio show on 91.5FM Phuket Island Radio, as well as contributing to marketing and promotions for Sound Club.

A world-class powerhouse DJ and currently Phuket based, Mikey Mike's musical style is marked by pins of sensuality and sexuality matched with plenty of hard driven funk to eat up the dance floor. His sexy beats and subterranean bass lines have gained him international acclaim in the diverse culture of dance music.

Perhaps Mikey's greatest joy and musical achievement is that he is known as Bangkok's House Music Godfather....

Having first come to Bangkok in 1994, Mikey along with a select group of young club owners, promoters and club kids were instrumental in the birth of Bangkok's club scene.

No other DJ in Thailand has been more influential on Thai dance culture than Mikey Mike.

His unique house sound and DJ style, was able to entertain and educate the Bangkok crowd at a time where most Bangkok clubs were playing top 40 and commercial euro pop. Tirelessly DJing 7 days a week to packed crowds at Deeper on Silom Soi 4, to after hours parties for 3000 people everynight at Narcissus Club, and countless after-after parties, Bangkok's clubbing landscape was being changed forever.

It's safe to say that the Deeper Club crew and Mikey are responsible for Bangkok's club scene as we know it today.

Some of Mikey's prestigious residencies include The Mayan (Los Angeles), Decibel (San Francisco), The Decibel Festival (Seattle), Deeper Club (Bangkok), Narcissus (Bangkok), and Tonic (Charlotte, NC).
